phone wrangler copy

I’m a repairman for my local mega-phone company. I’ve been working in this vocation since 1999. A couple of years ago I decided to go to school in an attempt to get a deeper understanding of the systems I work on. I wanted to learn why the methods and tools I use work (usually). I started this blog as a way to talk myself through my classes. I find writing about the things I learn gives me a better grasp of the subject. In it you’ll find posts on everything from basic electronics to the history of the regulatory environment. Along the way I’m sure I’ll meander into other side projects that I’m working on. Heck, there may even be a page on the chewing habits of squirrels eventually.
